Who we are

TaskElevate Limited trades as TaskElevate and provides Shopify development and ecommerce growth services. These terms apply whenever you order a store build, audit, marketing or related service from us.

Paid Shopify Trust & Conversion Audit

The $49 USD audit fee covers one customer-facing review of one Shopify storefront. The deliverable is a PDF containing an executive diagnosis, annotated screenshots, prioritized trust and purchase-friction findings, and a practical fix list.

The audit does not include theme development, implementation, Shopify administration, analytics analysis, ad-account analysis, legal advice, technical SEO or a guarantee of sales, revenue or conversion improvement.

When an audit begins and when it is delivered

The audit begins after PayPal marks the payment as completed and we receive a complete intake with a working store URL and any required storefront access. We review the public customer journey and never require your Shopify account password.

The PDF is delivered within 24 hours of the later of completed payment, complete intake and working storefront access. Time spent waiting for missing information or access does not count toward the delivery window.

Audit payment and rebuild credit

The audit is a one-time $49 USD payment, not a subscription, deposit or obligation to buy another service. PayPal or your card provider may separately disclose currency-conversion charges.

If you hire TaskElevate to rebuild the same audited store within 30 calendar days after delivery, the full $49 audit fee is deducted once from that rebuild invoice. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with a refund of the audit fee.

What you're buying

Our store-build service covers the design, build and configuration of your Shopify store as described on the page where you ordered: branded design, product page structure, payment gateway setup, app configuration, policy pages, speed optimization and a handover walkthrough.

Third-party costs are not included and are paid by you directly to the provider — most importantly Shopify's own subscription, any paid apps you choose to keep, and your domain name.

Milestone payments

Store builds are billed in three milestones ($99 each for the $297 build): Day 1 before kickoff, Day 2 after your live demo, and Day 3 at final delivery and handover. Each payment is only due once the previous milestone has been delivered — you never pay for work you haven't seen.

Revisions & satisfaction guarantee

Unlimited design revisions are included until you approve the store. If you're not happy at the demo stage, you can stop the project and owe nothing beyond milestones already delivered.

Ownership

Once the final milestone is paid, the store, its design and all content we created for it belong 100% to you, forever.

What we don't promise

We build and launch your store to a professional standard — but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific sales, revenue or profit. Business results depend on your product, pricing, advertising and effort.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the legality of the products you sell, the accuracy of claims about them, and complying with Shopify's terms and the laws of the markets you sell into.
