Refund Policy

$49 Shopify audit

You may cancel a Shopify Trust & Conversion Audit for a full refund before review work begins. Once review work has started, the custom audit fee is otherwise non-refundable except under the delivery and scope promises below.

If a delay within our control means we miss the promised 24-hour delivery window, you may choose a full refund or agree to a revised delivery time. If the delivered report materially omits a listed deliverable, contact us within seven days. We will complete the missing scope or refund the audit fee if we cannot correct it.

The 24-hour window begins only after PayPal marks the payment as completed and we have received a complete intake with a working store URL and any required storefront access.

Built to make refunds unnecessary

Our milestone system exists so you never risk money on unseen work: you pay in three parts ($99 each) and only continue after you've seen real progress — including scrolling your own live demo on Day 2.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin your Day 1 kickoff, your first payment is refunded in full.

At the demo stage

If you see your Day 2 demo and decide not to continue, you simply stop — the remaining milestones are never charged. Work already delivered (kickoff and design) is non-refundable, because that time has been spent on your project.

After delivery

After final delivery and handover the build is complete and payments are non-refundable — but our satisfaction guarantee still applies: we keep revising the design until you're happy with it.

Third-party costs

Payments made to third parties (Shopify subscription, paid apps, domains) are governed by those providers' own refund policies — we can't refund money we never received.

How to request a refund

Email info@taskelevate.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and project details. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
