What we collect

When you fill a form on our site we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and information about your project. For a paid Shopify audit, this can also include your store URL, product and audience details, your main concern and a PayPal receipt reference. If the public storefront is locked, we may request a temporary storefront preview password separately by email.

Never send us your Shopify account password. We only request limited storefront access when a public store is password-protected.

We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you asked about. We may follow up about your project by email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Advertising & analytics

Our ads may use platform pixels (such as TikTok or Meta) and analytics cookies to measure ad performance. Depending on your browser and settings, these tools may receive the page viewed, event type, timestamp, browser or device information, cookie data and advertising identifiers. We do not send the contents of your audit-intake or enquiry fields to these advertising platforms. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and client information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@taskelevate.com and we'll handle it promptly.

Third-party services

Forms are delivered through a form-processing provider, audit payments are processed by PayPal, and conversations may continue by email or WhatsApp. We do not receive or store your card or PayPal login details. Those services have their own privacy policies that also apply when you use them.
